The limbs are automatically directed to either side of the stacking table, ensuring that they are neatly and accurately stacked. Introduction to Lamination Automatic Quality Inspection Tables
Global SPS proudly presents our Lamination Automatic Quality Inspection Tables, a unique and patent-pending innovation. These tables are designed to measure the dimensions of cut laminations with exceptional precision. The operator simply places the sheet on the table, and the system automatically measures all critical dimensions, including angles, lengths at various points, distances between holes, and any proportional errors.
Equipped with integrated software, the tables display measurement results in real-time and generate printable reports for thorough documentation. These tables are seamlessly synchronized with Global SPS Cut-to-Length (CTL) machines, enabling automatic transfer of accuracy feedback for any necessary length corrections directly to the CTL machine.
